Terms of use
The terms on which this website is provided. Last reviewed September 2026.
These terms cover the use of this website. They are separate from the safari contract, which is a written agreement issued when you book.
Using this site
By using nhorosafaris.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The information here is guidance, not a contract
Everything on this website — species information, trophy benchmarks, seasons, calibre recommendations, permit requirements, package descriptions and timelines — is published in good faith as general guidance.
It is not an offer, a warranty or a contractual commitment. Wildlife regulations, quotas, firearm import rules and trophy import restrictions change, sometimes without notice. Trophy sizes vary and no outfitter can guarantee a particular animal. Your safari is governed solely by the written agreement issued when you book.
No guarantee of hunting success
We hunt free-range animals in wild country. Nothing on this site should be read as guaranteeing that you will take any particular animal, or any animal at all. Trophy measurements quoted are typical of mature animals in our areas, not promises.
Not professional advice
Information about firearm permits, CITES, trophy import, health, insurance and travel requirements is general and may not apply to your circumstances. It is not legal, medical, veterinary or financial advice. Always confirm your own position with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you travel. See also our firearms and CITES notice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Nhoro Safaris or is used with permission. You may view it, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
The Nhoro Safaris name and logo are our trade marks.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nhoro Safaris is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this website. This does not affect any rights you have under the written safari agreement, nor any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your enquiry
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking and does not reserve dates. Dates are only held once we have confirmed them in writing and received the agreed deposit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Your safari agreement may specify a different jurisdiction depending on the country you hunt in, and where there is a conflict, the safari agreement takes precedence.
